Parks and Recreation is working with Windsor Crime Prevention Services to encourage residents to care for their neighbourhood parks and their neighbourhoods. We believe that by working together we will provide the best possible recreational facilities for our community. We need your help. Vandals have cost Parks and Recreation $120,000 in one year: burning, destroying, marking and breaking our play structures, benches and other park amenities. If you see park property being damaged, please call 911. To report vandalism and damages found after the fact, please call 311. For information on organizing a Park Watch, Neighbourhood Watch or anti-graffiti program, please call: Didi Johnston, Supervisor of Compliance and Enforcement at 519-255-6100 ext. 6002.
